My intention is to build a WhatsApp group where we can all stay connected - outside of the retreats and gatherings - so the connections we make can continue to grow. A space to meet, share what's on your heart, or simply share what's happening around you and in life.
In addition, I hope to host one free community gathering online once a month, for us to connect and practice together.

My simple wish, with this community and the foundation of Pangea, is for you to somatically feel that you are never alone - we are one.
The community will be built over time, and updates will be shared here and on my Instagram in the near future.
