Through somatic movement, yoga, workshops, adventure, and connection, this is a space for those seeking something deeper than pride and partying - a chance to (re)connect to yourself, your body, and to others within the community. To feel that embodied sense of: I belong here.

Pangea was the supercontinent that existed before the Earth split into the continents we know today. To me, Pangea represents collective belonging - a time before we were separated. Not just from each other, but from ourselves.
My simple wish is to return as one - to yourself, and to each other. To belong. Because the truth is, you were never meant to be alone. We are one. We return as one.

Every other Saturday from May 30 - Sep 5, at 10.00-12.00, we gather at Achonchego house in Lisboa to move and connect.
Somatic movement blends meditation, yoga, dance, shake and free movements - to follow whats alive in your body rather then how a pose should look like. Every session opens with a new theme and follows by supported guidelines.
Afterwards we gather for a light breakfast to share, land, and connect with others in the community.
