I'm currently creating a day retreat around Ericeira/Lisbon this autumn - September 2026 - to connect with our true selves (aka higher self, authentic self…).

Behind all the stories, the layers, the beliefs, the identities, the sexualities, the parts - there's you.

The part of you that carries curiosity, compassion, confidence, creativity, connectedness, courage, wisdom, and anything else unique to you. You'll be introduced.

Through workshops, meditation, and somatic movement, you're invited to get to know them. How does they move? Breathe? Express theirself?

Through journaling, sharing, lunch, pool breaks, and laughter, you're invited to bring them into the space - and share it with others who just get it.

A space full of queer women / FLINTA souls, where that part of you doesn't have to hide. To feel more belonging - to yourself, and to like-minded others.
